Payment & Cancellation Policy 

Recurring Plans with Minimum Commitment

Clients who subscribe to a discounted weekly or fortnightly plan acknowledge and accept a minimum commitment of four consecutive payments. This condition enables The Poo Fairy to offer reduced rates while ensuring continuity and value throughout the initial engagement period.

  • All plans are structured as automatically renewing subscriptions, billed on a weekly or fortnightly basis according to the selected option.

  • Subscriptions will continue until a formal cancellation request is submitted and approved.

  • Cancellations must be requested manually; self-service cancellation via the client dashboard is not available.

Cancellation Procedure

Clients may request cancellation only after the fourth payment has been successfully processed. To initiate cancellation:

  1. Submit a formal request via the Cancellation Request Form or contact The Poo Fairy directly via email.

  2. Requests will be reviewed within 3 business days.

  3. Upon approval, the subscription will be terminated prior to the next billing cycle.

Additional Terms

  • Requests for cancellation prior to the fourth payment may result in a retrospective adjustment to standard (non-discounted) service rates for work already delivered.

  • The Poo Fairy reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing and applied fairly.
