Payment & Cancellation Policy
Recurring Plans with Minimum Commitment
Clients who subscribe to a discounted weekly or fortnightly plan acknowledge and accept a minimum commitment of four consecutive payments. This condition enables The Poo Fairy to offer reduced rates while ensuring continuity and value throughout the initial engagement period.

All plans are structured as automatically renewing subscriptions, billed on a weekly or fortnightly basis according to the selected option.

Subscriptions will continue until a formal cancellation request is submitted and approved.

Cancellations must be requested manually; self-service cancellation via the client dashboard is not available.

Cancellation Procedure
Clients may request cancellation only after the fourth payment has been successfully processed. To initiate cancellation:

Submit a formal request via the Cancellation Request Form or contact The Poo Fairy directly via email.

Requests will be reviewed within 3 business days.

Upon approval, the subscription will be terminated prior to the next billing cycle.

Additional Terms

Requests for cancellation prior to the fourth payment may result in a retrospective adjustment to standard (non-discounted) service rates for work already delivered.

The Poo Fairy reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing and applied fairly.
